7/24 Simon AMPS 229 - New Bottle of insulin

Started a new bottle of insulin this morning so told hubby to keep an eye out on him today a little more since he is at home.

Gave him in between 2 and 2.25 units as I know it is a little stronger when a new bottle is first opened? confused_cat

Hubby got a +7 and it was 232! It was HIGHER than usual...strange but I guess it is ok. Least it wasn't higher than his amps! confused_cat confused_cat

New vials aren't always more potent, if the last vial was handled and stored properly it should be good till the last drop.
