Wow, Zener, you got on the full-size trampoline this morning! Make sure you open up your parachute when you come down, ok, Zener? :roll: Otherwise, all is good here. It's a beautiful morning and the kitties got some nice yard time. Then some evil men were talking loudly so Zener growled at them and went to his hidey hole under the bed. :lol: He also growls at the UPS truck. It's very cute.

Leo & Tracy arrived safely home on Sat night after 11 hours in the car. :shock: What a trooper! Trixie is the first cat in the lagoon this morning. :mrgreen: She would sure like some company.

You sure do have one mean guard cat there, good to hear he's keeping everyone safe :lol: Who needs a dog when we have Zener?

I hope Zener has made it to the blue floor by now.

Guard Cat. :lol: :lol: Boy I bet Zener scared those nasty men away. However do you get packages at your house Liz, with that vicious kitty chasing the UPS man/woman away. Bahahahaha!

Hey, Liz -

I hope Zener has come down more by now. Maybe it's the stress of guarding the house that raised his BG. ;-)

Our kitties don't growl at people, but they, for sure, let me know when someone's at the door. They freeze and stare in that direction, like a pointer. Our recliner sets right beside the door; most of the time one (or sometimes both) will jump on the back of that chair and freeze, staring at the door. Better than a doorbell! :lol:

Well, it's been a boingy, mostly-yellow cycle. Something new! Zener is so creative. He has felt good today although he's had a little trouble getting around, maybe his left rear leg is a little stiff. His eyes are a little weepy today too. I'm not sure what's causing that. Otherwise, he's wanted lots of petting and has done several big stretches.

Tracy: Yes, Zener is tough. You should hear his very soft, low growl. It doesn't sound very menacing to me. :lol: We are continuing to send healing energy to Leo and to Grayson. I know that SRT is good but you know how powerful this place is.

Melissa: No blue in the AM but the PM is looking hopeful. Time will tell.

Barb: Those loud guys did quiet right down. :lol: :lol: Lucky for UPS, the kitties cannot get to the front yard.

Libby: That is so funny that your kitties stare at the door. Do they run when someone comes in? Maybe they think they will get petting or food delivered?

Ann: He's not so brave: he growled then went under the bed. Not much guidance from Zener today. Hope they work something out tonight.

OT: Anne is done with the conference. The organizers ran out of money so the 40 lb (cost, not weight :lol: ) gala dinner turned out to be some hors d'oeuvres. On the bright side, there were some excellent Scottish dancers. Anne knew the dances from her torturous days of cotillion which surprised her European colleagues. She's off to Loch Lomon tomorrow with a local for a guide.

Zener is hungry!

Trix growls when the doorbell rings. Maybe Zener wouldn't growl at the UPS truck if it produced nanners??

Except for that +1 spike, pretty flat day for Zener. Maybe he's got something up his sleeve for tonight!

I feel your boingyness! :roll: Shasta's eyes have been a little weepy for the past few days, too. Heck, my eyes have been weepy and I'm really sneezy. Don't know what sinus activity is like for you guys, but I'm hoping that's all it is. Best wishes for a good night!

I don't know what they think. They stay right in the way and welcome people in, sniffing and checking them out. Then, they decide if they want the strangers to pet them or if they're going to ignore them. I don't know how they decide...maybe by how they smell?? Who knows...

I hope Zener's stiffness and weepy eyes get better. Glad he's acting like he feels okay otherwise and is still hungry! A sign of normalcy when a guy is hungry!!! :lol:

Bummer about running out of money at the conference. But, a trip to Scotland is nothing to sneeze at :-D

Gee Moonie used to be real friendly, now not so much...The bell rings & she is already in her hidey cave so she cant be bothered!! Copper her bro(GA) was the guardian of the house.. Moonie is the guardian of the birds outside of our house, she watches & talks to them every morning--she loves it!
I would love to go to Loch Loman..Hope Anne has a great time there--

Mr Z is so brave! He wanted to scare away the USP trucks! He's so sweet. My Tiger, the alpha male & head of the gang is so timid in front of stranger. He's the fist to hide :lol: :lol:

Ummm..flat yellow cycle? what are you up to Zener?
