Yesterday's Condo

Morning eve4ryone! Happy Friday to you all!! Shadow is taking his sweet time in bringing his numbers down but this is a bit lower than his Red yesterday. Hate using that 443 as a guideline for anything though. Yuck! He ate some breffis and both of them decided that the added freeze-dried chicken would be a good reason to eat more. They really love that stuff.
His second day on the new dose and my fingers are crossed that it will start working.
Sienne: The pen was opened on 6/22 (I have been using the Levemir for approx 6 weeks) His last dental was March 8th
He has been acting normal and doesn't seem to be bothered by anything...
Hope everyone enjoys their day...will be back later to do some visiting!

shadow while this pink is an improvement from red, it still does not look good on you. You need to be sporting a green suit today .... so go put on a different outfit and make your momma happy!

yep, have to agree that this is a little better than the red yesterday, Pat. I wonder what is going on with you boy lately. It could be the insulin, but I've used my lev for much longer, so I highly doubt that.

Your checking for ketones, right? Just think that may be a good idea especially with the higher numbers. JMO.

Hope Shadow comes down to much nicer numbers today.

Hi pat - at least Shadow isn't red this morning. I hope these numbers are the highs before the break. Come on down Shadow! Your bean worries about you.

I know what you mean about using the red to compare; I was relieved when I saw an AMPS of 292 this morning, even though that's not really great. It sure seemed like it after yesterday, though!

I really think this change will be good for Shadow--Just as with all doses, this takes some time to settle in Shadow's body before results are seen--
And Pat, glad he's out of the REDS!!--Come on Shadow Boy, you are our events planner! You need a nice blue-green outfit :lol:

Alright, Shadow, you've had plenty of time to wear the pink and red...it's time to put on some blue and green! If Logan, of all kitties, can hit the greens three times in one week, I know you can do it, too!

Yay! Maybe he read your post Kelly...and Roni...you are all so positive. It must have worn off on shadow and I am SO happy that it did! A BLUE!! Wow! A high blue, but still.... A BLUE! :lol: Golly, it is good to see!
 
Well, I have been resting for awhile so I have to get myself back into the groove. :-D
What a break I have had. Didn't enjoy it all that much though. Happier now.
 
shadow you and mocha are very close in numbers! Lets see you guys come on down nice and easy and then stay that way through the night .. think you can do that??
