7/23 Harley 160 AMPS Shoot Low????

We slightly upped the dose to 0.2 unit last night and now he's at 160....I will be home most of the day today, should I shoot a lower dose or skip???
 
I would go ahead and shoot as long as you have strips and HC in the house in case you need the supplies. On the Lantus board, we use 150 as the "post and ask for input" number. (Health uses a higher number.)

Harley has been surfing in this range for hours. It should be safe to shoot.
 
Ah, we've had a tough time regulating him, he's a microdose kitty newly dx....should I give the old dose of 0.10 unit or the one I gave last night of 0.20 unit??
 
If it were me, I'd stick with the current dose. It is giving you a good number. Lantus really works best if you're consistent with dose.
