Thanks but I think I messed up his cycle AGAIN by giving him HC food at +1. He usually does not react to the carbs but recently he is reacting to the high carbs. I wonder if I will ever be able to figure this out
He was basically the same at +1 as he was at AMPS. Normally, we would expect a bit of a food spike at +1 so I see why you wanted to give a little more carbs; it’s easy to think he would have an active cycle since he didn’t have a spike.Thanks but I think I messed up his cycle AGAIN by giving him HC food at +1. As a suggestion, next time you see something similar, perhaps try a 10% food and see how he does. Or even a lower MC food. I know you’ve been experimenting with this to find that right amount of carbs that will keep him from dropping so much when he onsets. You are trying and you are learning! Always a good thing!!!

One of my big "no no's" is that I gave him too much HC24%. I need to give maybe 1 tsp mixed with LC. My fears once again took control and I fed way too much HC. Yes, I am mad at myself that once again I messed up a beautiful to be cycle. He's trying and I set him backwards....bad bad mama
