Happy Hump Day!! Sending healing vines to our dear kitties like Rocket, Georgia's Simon, and any others who need them.

What a day yesterday! Gracie surprised me at every single turn but especially the drop from 281 to 84 in two hours. Not like her these days. Was Mr. P in the house? I have no idea but she hasn't done that in so many months that I had forgotten she could. Somehow I managed to get her stopped and she even held on to a pretty nice green cycle. When she didn't get her dip at PMPS and she got a food spike at +1, I was afraid we were headed for the "b" but she surprised me again and came down into green!! GOOD GIRL!!!. She's even starting to act a little more like her before FD self. Since FD, there have been things she stopped doing that she has started doing again....like following me into the bathroom in the morning and waiting outside the shower for me; hiding behind doors and sticking her paws under them to grab stuff, etc. She and Tobey were hilarious last night. We got a ton of rain and the courtyard was full of little toads hopping all over the place. Those two kittens were just beside themselves trying to get at them....which they can't because of the screen. Neither one wanted to come in last night. Lucky toads.... :lol: :lol:

Mike is on his way home and I'm on my way to TBP. I'm furiously working to wind up big projects so no time for condos from there. I hope you all have a super day. Keeping you in our thoughts.

I'm so glad Gracie decided against the nasty "B." Good to hear she's once again starting to be her true Gracie self. I'm looking forward to the day when Champ returns. I mostly miss him sleeping at the foot of my bed.

Hi Marje, what an day for you yesterday with the sudden drop! I'm glad she's at this blue so you can go back to tbp and Mike can take over. How cute with the little toads and entertainment for Gracie and Tobey. How nice to hear she is doing some of the fun things again that she did pre-diabetes. Have a nice day, and Gracie, no big surprises for your Momma Bean, okay!

Wow Miss Gracie, you had a great cycle yesterday and its looking like the same today. Isn't it funny about the little things you notice that our kitties stop doing when they get FD. For awhile Leo stopped slapping his brother while he was sick, but now he's started again :lol:

The toad story was very cute by the way.

DH here - It looks like Gracie is welcoming me back by delivering no drama. If this is where she is going to bounce after yesterday, I'll take it.

Welcome home mike, indeed a nice limit for a bounce. It was so nice to see her go back to green last night too. I hope the rest of the day stays nice and quiet w/ no drama in the other direction either anti-jinx!

It's so nice to hear that Gracie is starting to do the little things that she did before the FD. Little things mean the most, right? What a day you had yesterday and I'm glad you can relax a little tonight. Marje, I hope you don't have to work too hard to finish all your projects at work.

Gracie took you for a serious ride yesterday! I'm sure you're glad to have her a bit "flatter" today - no crazy bounces, no crazy dives. Hopefully that will equal a little R&R for all of you!

Wonderful day for Gracie yesterday - loved the green, loved the drama, and loved it when she found the greens again. Really nice stuff.

I would have loved to have seen those two trying to get the toads. What fun!

I wish you much luck Marje in wrapping everything up. That was my mission and goal and assignment before I left my work... never did happen, for too many reasons: IT support lacking, off shore outsourcing that never knew what "deadline" meant, system blow-ups etc etc etc.... :roll: :lol: :lol: I wish you success - just don't be disappointed if it doesn't all come together no matter how hard you try... there is always someone waiting in the wings to take your place, and run with the ball.... enjoy the last few weeks! if you can... :-D :-D

Hi everyone: thanks so much for visiting our condo today. Miss Gracie has decided to take a bit of a vaca and bounce from her drama yesterday morning. We are hoping it's a very quick bounce. Of course, she lets Daddy off the hook!!

Very busy day at work. Yes, MIchelle, I'm busting my buns to get as much done as I can. Unfortunately, there won't be someone to just step in and pick up where I left off. There aren't many of us around the country who serve as regional experts and especially in the areas I am suppose to be an "expert" in :lol: :lol: :lol: We don't have enough people to cross train....in fact, we are always understaffed but I know that is common everywhere these days.

I would love to visit you all tonight but my four days with the lovely Miss Gracie have worn me out. I didn't get one single night of not having to get up at least once and test....I am so looking forward to uninterrupted sleep tonight.

DH here - Marje is off to bed and Gracie is coming down nicely at +2. We are so happy with her numbers the last 10 days or so. Mostly green and blue, some quick trips into yellow, and none of the color that shall not be named. It will be interesting to see where she goes tonight. Curve, slide, or something else Miss G? Good thing I got a little nap this afternoon.
