She needs more insulin. I would take her up to 1.5U tomorrow.
If your +2 or +3 is higher than your PS, you can stop testing. Save the pokes for an active cycle where the numbers are headed lower - especially since she hates being tested so much!

I would encourage you to get at least one test in during every pm cycle.
At the moment we don’t have much idea what Roxy does at night, when many cats drop lower.

OK will do 1.5 tomorrow. Will test before bed tonight, a +3 or +4. Today was strange as she did drop yesterday and day before.
