Good morning! She is stinky pinky this am and I can only assume she is still bouncing from Monday. She was yellow all day yesterday and ended up in the pinks as late as +3 last night. That seems like a long time to stay pink! I overslept this am and didnt have time to wake up properly and almost gave her too much insulin. I caught it right before I shot! Oh my! I usually double check myself right before I shoot, but that scares me. I have to make sure I always double check. I normally draw out extra due to bubbles and then push out the excess, and I did that today but somehow must have drew out too much to begin with. Alls well though and now I need more coffee ~O) ~O) ! Have a great day everyone. Oh, Im home again all day cause its moms birthday! She gets 2 pokie free days this week! :-D


Edited her amps# to 268 as that was the first test. I wasnt sure since I reapplied strip to get more blood, and had to squeeze and poke again when I got the 348, so Im thinking she got stressed and thus the 348.

Im not sure about that amps # now, because it was a retest since the first one was 268, but it was one of those, not enough blood on the strip and reapplied it to the blood drop again, issues. Now I tested at+2.5 and got an error first time, then a 140, so I will give her a little while and test again around +3. I am going to open new strips since Im down to 2, so new batch next test.

Hi guys .. ugh .. I hate those frustrating tests .. but hopefully it is chi chi coming back down to some nicer numbers! Have a great day guys and happy birthday to your mom!

What stinky pinky??? ;-) Look at Chi-Chi sliding down to those beautiful greens - great numbers for her! I want to also wish your fabulous Mom a happy birthday; hope you are going to be able to do something special with her-have a great day! :mrgreen:

Ok..this is lowest pmps ever! She has risen since +7 so we should be fine, but it is nerve wracking! nailbite_smile

Max has been that low at +7 and into the 100"s by shot time. She is doing so well today. Are you going to go back up tonight or try this dose?
 
Thank you Devon, Julie, Ruth and Elise for the birthday wishes for mom! She had a great day and said thanks to all of you. I got her a few gifts and gift cards and some birthday cupcakes! She also got cards and phone calls from all my brothers and sisters today as well. Ive been off for 2 days in a row...very rare occurrence! and back to work tomorrow. I will test before I go to bed tonite and hopefully if she bounces, it wont last long.
 
With the slight bump at +2 you "might" avoid the bounce. As a member in good standing of the Bouncer Club anything goes, LOL.
