Sorry, not more specific on numbers - will get to them later - but they were both in the 300's. Not sure why this spike - I am giving raw food this week and I also started the bupe. Has anyone seen increase in sugar from bupe??? Yes, I am more liberal with some snacks but didn't think that liberal (ie today - no snacks at all cause we were at work). Still using her bad paw - saw her trying to cover LB stuff yesterday with it. I got home at 10 pm tonight - she hasn't moved off her bed since I've been home -but that is usual for her.
Another Tuscany story by request from yesterday:
We had Merlot - our first cat - for 2 years before we got Tuscany. We thought that we had Merlot well trained not to go on the kitchen counters, desk, table etc. When Tuscany came we thought she'd be easy to follow in Merlots foot steps. Tuscany was an insistant bugger. We tried noise makers, mouse traps under paper, water sprays - nothing would keep her off the counters. We would yell at her - spray her with water aggressively and she would just look at us and shake it off. Sometimes she would jump down - oh so slowly - only to jump right back up - as if to say - F U. (tortie attitude remember). I have to admit - she wore us down and we quit. Soon she owned the counters ( and the beans). Soon Merlot realized he could counter and not get into trouble. So, one of our favorite serving dishes here is one that says "Everything tastes better with cat hair in it".
Now unfortunately - since she can no longer get up on counters - that is where the dry (gasp) food and other wet food goes for the other cats. Dang - a whole generation more of cats on the counter........
