Day three and Six is cruising right along (anti-jinx). Same routine - eating, going outside, eating, sleeping, eating, visiting neighbors, eating, hanging out in the living room at night with DH and myself. I am fairly confident even though I seem to be wracked with anxiety. Some things have just clicked with him lately and I finally decided to see the changes. It's been an unexpected and pleasant surprise (two and a half months ago I was convinced he might be on insulin for life because of chronic p~titis) no matter how long it lasts.
The alpha vs. one touch comparison this morning was the closest I've seen it in a while. I do find the meter variance interesting. I like the human meter because the numbers are lower, but his spreadsheet is filled with alpha trak numbers. Such a silly mind game!
Yep, I'm thinking people who have gone through this should write a stickie called "Everything you wanted to know about an OTJ trial but were afraid to ask."
Happy Monday!
