hi all,
i had barely any sleep last night...not due to Rocket but to the hot weather we have....i don't know how people in the tropics do it....i decided to go and try to sleep on the floor in the living room...the couch did not do it...our bedrooms are south facing so it was hot hot hot....needless to say...i think i averaged 2 1/2 hrs sleep if that....i'm high on coffee right now at work...

AMPS 324 .....it's not due to ice cream as he hasn't gotten any....i've been putting ice cubes (made of tuna water) on his food to cool him off....so this number was a shocker!

ate ok this morning

dh is supposed to go check on him....them (Comet as well)

Hope it all cools down for you & kitties! Rocket will come down with the temperature I think..

I couldn't imagine your heat without AC Claudia. I bought Nike a cool bed III and they just arrived. I can put one in the fridge and have one out for her. With her heart I have to keep her cool and the dehumidifier heats up the basement where she hangs out with DH when he's home from work. I'll let you know how they work. Knowing Rocket he probably would not love it anyhoo. Hefner is singing away. I'll update on them later today. Maverick must have told him to talk his butt off.

Sorry about your terrible heat. That could be why the high bg for Rocket. Hope it cools down soon for you guys! It's hot here but not as bad as the rest of the country yet!
 
well...

Rocket must have not been in the mood to take his last med before i headed to tbp....cause i found the pred on the floor.... ohmygod_smile

now his pmps 338 just adds more disappointment....not in him...never....but in me....so perhaps it is time to up his dose....with my lack of energy and sleep i have not updated his SS....we have been on the 3.5 u and since he is on the pred we found that dose to work well....but i guess he is either not feeling well hence the higher numbers or it's time to up the dose....

mild trembling noted shortly after giving his shot....

his red spot has been gone...as quickly as it appeared...it also disappeared....and the vet has no explanation for it

it's cooled off quite a bit...so perhaps it will be a better night tonight....for all of us here...
