I think I may have discovered why her numbers jumped, (besides my mucking up the time, and dosage from sudden overnight guests & confusion)
There is a sore on her ear, skin missing from larger sore, looks like rash, possible allergy reaction. No new food, maybe a bug bite. I put medication on it, and willl keep an eye on it . Any sign of it worsening, she gets a vet visit.
