Just dropped .25 two days ago for a below 50. What’s our next move?

Clear to give some MC?
No symptoms, acting fine.
 
The depot from 1,0 is effecting this cycle. I would not decrease. Feed higher carbs this cycle and next if under 100.
 
Alright he’s eating some 17%.
He’s been dropping pretty quickly at +2 for the past few days, even before dropping his dose, it’s been wild to watch it change.
How long do we hold at .75 before making an additional change?
We will unfortunately be gone a better part of the day tomorrow, so I am quite nervous!

The Lantus depot takes 4-6 cycles to adjust to a reduction. When following TR, we don't take back-to-back reductions since they often fail because of this reason (of course, there are exceptions to all rules). At lower doses, it is safe to take reductions every 4 cycles. We assume that by the 4th cycle the depot has adjusted to the reduced dose.
