she has been eating really good. She started as soon as the alarm went off and and looked down at her corner to make sure she is still alive (every morning I do that and say Izzy..are you still alive?). Pretty sure she thinks I'm neurotic lol

Yes I got the pills recently...the cat ones you gave me the link for. I crush up one pill every evening and mix it into boiled chicken/broth. This morning she seems a little stiff.

I struggle with...do I start her back on the Adequan injections? Is this neuropathy or arthritis? Was this neuropathy the whole time?

So many little things.
 
Well, with Izzy's being an old geezer (or would that be geezette?), the legs may be a combination of both issue. Arthritis and some neuropathy.

Does she walk kind of stiff legged? How well does she handle stairs? Are her joints swollen?

My kitty with arthritis, kind of bounded down the stairs, more like a bunny hop.

She walks pretty stiffed legged. but she is up on her paws, vs on her hocks. kind of a shuffle/waddle. Before her diabetic episode, she would negotiate the stairs I bought for her to get on my bed and yes she did kind of hop down them.
