Gita, your Wally needs an increase but I'm not supposed to recommend that. What are you feeding him and how often? Maybe you are feeding too much or not low carb enough or not spaced out in smaller meals. I really wish you would ask for help from the experts. You need to get your boy into better numbers. He has not seen a safe green in a week now and, yes, you have seen some low greens in the past but don't let that scare you from trying to get him into better numbers - overall. I worry about "glucose toxicity" with Wally. The higher the numbers the harder it will be to get him down into healthy numbers. Please think about it and tag someone who is better prepared to help you. Or, use the question mark in tomorrows thread. Please don't be upset with me. Just know that I am concerned about your boy.

I appreciate your concern and was already planning on going back up to 1.25 units tonight. He gets FF/Friskies and eats about 2.25 cans of FF per day, if that. The Friskies he eats is what the other cats have left and it's not a lot. He does get a small amount of FF after most BG readings or maybe 1 or 2 pcs of the Young Again Zero Carb.

Okay. Yes, I usually feed Susie 2 cans of FF a day. She only gets about 6 oz a day (except on days like today) and I try to spread it out. You have other cats in the house and that makes it hard for you to separate Wally from what is put down for them. I understand. I know you are doing your best, Gita, and that is all anyone can do. I hope you have a nice, quiet evening tonight with your precious Wally and the other fur babies you have in your house. Just know that I am hoping for the best for your Wally and that you can get him somewhat regulated. I do not wish to try to get Susie in to remission. I don't want that stress for her or for me. Just good blues would make me happy.
