I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. Mine was really nice. Erin and William and Nicholas all come over and we all went to the pool. It was so nice for my DD to see her son in action in the pool. I talk alot about it to her, but it is another thing to actually see him swim and play. I would have liked to have access tot eh bigger pool too so that she could really watch him in a "normal" pool environment. Well, it's OK, soon enough on that I suppose. We all enjoyed today alot, it was fun to spend the day ith them. This is what I wrote in lat night's post: "Hi Everyone! I hope your day has been a good one. DD Erin and DGS William did make it up her today so DGS Nicholas was more than happy to show them the ropes at the pool. The energizer FISH was just that: ENERGIZED! We had a great time today. Erin and William stayed the day, went to the pool with us, hiked the trails too. Little guy had such fun showing off for mom, showed her all his tricks, and played very hard. Heck he even went under the dumping pole buckets for her, got nailed several times. That was fun, and a first for him. And as normal these days he still is asking for the big pool. oh well, he seems to get why he can't. Erin had fun, it was good for her to see her son do his thing. The new little guy did OK too, slept through most of it. : ) We hiked the trails after the pool, and went berry hunting. Nicholas was fun - he kept guiding mom long showing her where the berries were. :-D ;-) We wrapped tings up about 1PM, headed abck to my house so Nicholas could nap, William too, and we could get a bite to eat. We hadn't pulled out of the pool parking lot yet when Erin started to laugh. "He's asleep already" she says. Yes that he was - guess those energizer batteries needed some serious recharging. :-D It was such a fun day." Picassa links: SWIMMING!, and Berry hunting with Mom and William

Lola, Bug and Elsa continue to do their thing. Love these cats! Lola was into it last night, decided that my frig door was the place to hang out, so she did. We must have opened that door a dozen times and she did not move: Lola

Wow.... a day to remember for me too. It's been three months today since Mannie left us. How I miss the Nanner KIng. I haven't had a sign from him in a while, but I think that is due to the fact that we are at peace with his passing, can remember the good times with such fondness, and Mannie knows it. He knows things are well, that he's missed, that I can feel his presence without his having to remind me. There is such comfort in that. I cannot help but hope this morning that Kathie, after such a tragic loss of her two kitties in such a short time, can soon feel that sense of knowing, of comfort, of inner peace free of sorrow. I hope Mannie will send some sunbeams her way, to ease the pain in her heart. Miss ya big guy. I thank you for being who you were/are. cat_pet_icon

Have a great day everyone! Nicholas will be here again today. I am not certain what we will do: maybe swim, maybe travel to a river. Friday is our next normal swim day, but this Friday we can't as we are off to Snoqualmie for the Thomas the Train event, and train ride. So we will miss the pool on that day. If he wants to go today we can. We shall see what he decides. I will try yo get to condos when I can.

KITTIES! Remember: think BLUE, think GREEN!!

Good Morning Michelle ~O) Sure looks like you had a full and fun day yesterday ;-) And glad DD got to join you  What a treat. That is too funny with Lola on the fridge door    Have another great day with DGS :-D

Hey Lil Bit,

I'm still trying to getting that wacky pizza taste out of my mouth and off my fur! I sure hope if they do wacky Wednesday again, that they tame it down.

I don't want any fur or paw prints or lick marks in today's pizza. I sure hope they make me a nice regular one! It is so hot here, do you think they may do an iced pizza pie? Mmmmm maybe they can use your ice cream and make an ice cream pizza pie! Of course, it would have to be sugar free, after all I don't want to go back on the juice.

It is sooo hot that my bean said the pool feels like a bath tub and she decided to stay home and nap instead! I even let her nap before merowing in her face to let her know that I am here! ha ha...I am so good at merowing really loudly!

Hurry on over Lil Bit and make it an iced coffee delivery today, but don't run or you will get overheated and my bean will have to give you a bath to cool off!

Signed Maui the Magnificent, with the loudest merower in all the land

I can't believe it's been three months since Mannie went to the bridge. It seems like he is still here by way of your wonderful daily loose lips condos. Thank you Michelle for doing these condos. We love seeing the progress of Elsa barista and reading of the adventures of Lola and Bug. It always gives us a smile. And lets us know that all is well - Mannie says so. :YMHUG:

Hi, Michelle :YMHUG:

Yesterday's day with Nicholas, Erin, and baby William sounded like it was so much fun! How sweet for the Energizer Fishie to show off his swimming skills. I bet he was so thrilled :-D

Three months have gone by quickly. I'm glad his presence is, well, IS. We all lubs ya, big guy!

It looks like Nicholas had a blast showing off for mom yesterday. That is so funny on Lola and the fridge door. She's a fearless kitty.

It's hard to believe it's been three months. Mannie will always be with you.

Hi Michelle,

Always so nice to read about your adventures with Nicholas, and to look at the pictures, and to hear about how well the kitties are doing. :-D I can't believe it's been three months since Mannie left for the bridge... Thank you for thinking of me, and wishing peace for me. I appreciate all the love and the support that I have received from everyone here.

Hugs,
Kathie

Hi Michelle :YMHUG: ,

3 months already - Mannie left a just a couple of weeks after Cleo and I joined. Yet, I still feel like he is such a big part of LL cat_pet_icon .

I am glad you had such a good time with DD and DGS's! And Nicholas again today. You will both be happy and worn out at the end of this day!!

Hi everyone! I finally have a moment to settle in and update this condo... what a day! Nicholas and I went to Bellingham, up to Whatcom Falls. It is a place we have been to before, one he really enjoys. He asked for a waterfall, so that one it was. I like it there, he can get down to the creeks edge, and be right up by the falls. The upper falls has a stone outcropping that he can walk out on, onto the edge of the falls, step in them if he wants. He just loves that part. Creek was low enough that he could get out some in that too. Berries were very plentiful there, he picked his belly's full - all kinds: thimbleberries, huckleberries, wild raspberries, and blackberries. He knows which are which too, found more than I did. We also went to the fish hatchery that is located by the park, a stone's throw away, but half the tanks were empty, cleaning I am assuming. There were three full ones that had rainbow trouts of all sizes. That was fun too - kid loves the fish. We even saw two 2 inch long ones in the creek. We walked maybe 50 yards past the hatchery, hadn't done that before, and stumbled upon a pond there, with it's own spillway into the creek. Super cool find for him. It was a super fun day for him, one happy and tired kid on the way home. We lucked out too: clouds were gone by the time we got there, we had sunny skies, about 70/75. A gorgeous day "on the river". I will post the Picassa link to the photos in tomorrow's Loose Lips.

WOW, they is super excited over that. and got out the ice cubes. I likes the ice cream pizza pie too, ok, low carb and all that sutff. no back on the juice for you! WHAT? A BATH TO COOL OFF? uh no. no way. I won't get overheated... I swear! See ya soon, and try not to merow too loudly. See ya! ~~ Elsa. merowless....

Hi Michelle,
Thinking of Mannie tonight on his 3 months anniversary. He is very much present in everything that you write and do.
So glad you had such fun with Erin, Nicholas, William, and the kitties today and yesterday.

We picked blueberries today on the Bog River. Thought of Nicholas and his berries!

Thanks for visiting us while I am MIA,

Ella & Rusty

Morning Michelle, I'm just catching up on yesterday's condos. My puter was slow, and I think the Bean had some brainfog.
Really great pics of Nicholas showing his Mom and William around the berry patch and showing off his Energizer fish talents. That was so nice for Erin and William, too, what a fun day together. Oh my, that Lola does love the high seas adventures. It so reminds me of my Siamese. He loved the top of the refrigerator, and any high place and the faucet.
Elsa, thank you for my 10 Hour Coffee and Triple Espressos yesterday, and I have my door open awaiting you. Watch out for my neighbors though.
Sounds like you and Nicholas had another fun day yesterday, too.
