Hi everyone,

Sorry for the late post. I babysat my grandson today & never got a chance to get online. Racci seems to be doing well today but she kept to herself a lot to avoid my dgs. She can only handle short periods at a time with him since he moves so fast and is so noisy. :-D She's getting more used to him though. She didn't hide today.

TTYL. I'm going to see what's happening on the board.

Hi Melanie, sometimes the little ones do cause them to keep a low profile. Racci's numbers sure are nice, so maybe she's getting used to DGS. Nice on the +4! :mrgreen: Have a good night.

Hi Ann,

Yes, I think she finally is getting used to him being here. She didn't hide at all today. When she went in the bedroom to be alone, it wasn't to hide in the closet like she usually has been. She just napped on her turbo scratcher like she loves to. He is also getting better with Racci and learning what she likes and doesn't like. Racci is usually very good natured and never scratches or bites, but the other day she did snap at him and since then he respects her a little more. :lol:

Racci has been getting some very high greens and low blues with this new dose. I'll just leave it alone for a while and see if she starts doing better on it. It's decent and mostly below the normal threshold but I would rather they were all in that normal range. I've gotten so spoiled. ;-) But I really want to keep her damage to her organs at a minimum at her age. Know what I mean?

I hope Maggie is doing well today & no more constipation. I'm going to try to stop and visit after I give Racci her meds. I have to get her stuff ready now. Everything had to be put away for my DGS, :roll:

I am sure Racci wll slowly get along with the little one. Cats are so smart!

Hi Helen,

I think so too tho I also think she'll continue to avoid him when she's had enough of the noise and fast movements. She's used to not having kids running around and it totally disrupts her day. She's afraid to lie in her favorite spots because she might get run over. :lol:

Racci had a really weird night tonight and instead of going up she started going down! At shot time she was only 66! I waited a half hour and she went up to 85 but I don't think I'll be getting much sleep tonight. I'll test again before I go to bed since I already woke her once to feed.

Goodnight, I'm going to try to get a test, some more food in Racci and a nap. TTY

Hi Helen,

Racci stayed green all night and most of the early am. She finally came up after her 2nd breakfast! I guess it's green day. :mrgreen:
