Increasing to 2.5 units today.

I'm almost out of insulin so I picked up a pen yesterday at Walmart, where they gave me some sort of discount (without me even asking!) and it came to around $77. I thought about ordering from Mark's Marine but with the hot hot hot weather everywhere I thought for now I'd go local. Glad that Walmart seems to have single pens available!

I've been looking at your spreadsheet since I've been researching what happens after a fur shot. Nice recovery from your last one. You have great looking numbers.
Walmart wouldn't even tell me the price when I asked since I didn't have a prescription in hand! What state are you in?

I am in Pennsylvania. After a few fur shots I shaved a little spot on Jill’s back so I can see that needle go right in and I tell you - it’s the best thing I’ve done so far! I feel so much more confident with the shots that I can do them on my own (used to have the husband help). It doesn’t look real pretty but that’s ok. I hope your baby is doing well Siamese? Or Himalayan?

I agree with @Bandit's Mom ....Jill isn't "new to green" so there's no reason to hold the dose longer than 6 cycles.

I like that strategy, I do have an ocean of fur to get through. I was scared with my first shot too! My husband has worked with needles so he had to show me proper technique heh.
He's Siamese more than Himalayan I think, he's a rescue. He sure talks like a Siamese tho.
