My precious sweet fur baby is in the RED again. I guess lowering him to 1.5 units BID was not enough, but since we are away, it was the only thing we could do, since he was getting some GREENS mid-day, and could have middle of night too. We will be going away again in a month, and will need to utilize the pet sitter and tech again. I will need assistance/advice on what we should increase GIDEON to when we return tomorrow 7/18, and also what Lantus dose he should be on when we leave in August. I guess high is better than low, but am concerned about what the high levels are doing to his organs. He does get bloodwork twice per year, but his last one was April when he wasn't a diabetic. This is when he became a tripod.
