I dropped off some Forti Flora and Pill pockets the other day.
The Forti Flora, plus 1 teaspoon of the high fiber high carb food seems to be helping with the diarrhea; cross your fingers that it clears it up. She has ordered some Forti Flora, too.
The pill pockets were a bust as Dusty doesn't like them. He'll need to get his heart meds the hard way, unless the meds can be dissolved in water and given with an oral syringe. I'll check on that if she lets me come over to test or curve him on Sunday.
I've asked her if she would keep track of his water consumption and send it to me so I can put it into a spreadsheet for Dusty. That'll be her first step in monitoring him more diligently, if she'll do it. I don't want her to feel like I'm invading her life and at the same time, I want to be sure Dusty's care is optimized as much as possible.
