I would base the amount you're feeding on how many calories per day Mary needs. The following is a formula from Dr. Lisa's website for calculating calories per day:
Required calories per day = [13.6 X optimal lean body weight in pounds] + 70
She describes this as a "generous" calculation. You may want to get a scale to see if Mary is gaining weight (if that's your goal).
One thing that I've found with Gabby is that any change in diet needs a couple of days, or more, to settle. I wouldn't conclude that the pink numbers were a result of the food. It looks like Mary may have bounced off of the blues.
One observation on your SS. I'm not sure that the micro dose changes are doing much. Until you get closer to zeroing in on a good dose, I'd encourage you to make dose changes in 0.25u increments.
