KT's still eating fairly well, not GOOD but fairly well....as long as I feed him the same food, Friskies Ocean Whitefish/Tuna shreds in sauce. :-x I DID get a can of FFeast pate in him yesterday - at least that wasn't HC. He seems to be feeling better altho' that bounce yesterday made him feel like crap.

KT's dental is tomorrow! Today I'm a bit scared...I wish it were done already. I'm not sure what to do about his insulin - if I give it to him then pull food, he'll bomb. If I give it to him tomorrow morning with no food, he'll either bomb or zoom WAY up due to stress - I just don't know which one is worse.

What an UGLY bounce number Mr. Dakota! He's feeling well other than just the sugar icks. He got hungry about 5:30 this morning - climbed up on top of us and started doing happy feet. When we didn't move, he started patting our cheeks with his paw. When he'd see us move, he'd HOLLER! We ignored him for 1.5 hours until we couldn't ignore any more... :-D

It's been a bad few days for DH - I'm fighting keep him up off the floor every couple of hours. I've had to triple his usual daily doses of potassium and still can't keep the paralysis attacks at bay. This get SO SO IRRITATING! When he goes thru this, there's no telling where the attack will hit...it might be a full body paralysis or legs suddenly paralyze or he gets so weak all over he can't hardly breathe. He couldn't get out of bed by himself this morning... :-x I HATE HKPP! But then we ALL do...

All other fuzzy feetz are doing well.
 
Hi guys .. hmm .. if it was me, I think I'd rather have higher numbers to deal with then lower numbers .. but that's just me and what do I know? :lol: Dakota it's probably a good thing you're so cute or your beanz wouldn't care too much for those early morning happy feet! I'm sorry your DH has been having so many attacks lately .. You are such a strong woman to handle all of this! Have a great day, and will be keeping KT in my prayers for an easy dental!

More perfectly normal dental vines being sent for tomorrow! It is so stressful leaving our babies at the vet!
Hope DH's attacks lessen (or even stop) and you are able to relax some!
 
Sending tons of excellent dental vines for KT. Better too high than too low for dental day. Anesthesia can lower BG too. Anti-attack vines for DH. When I read the last line, I thought "Does DH have fuzzy feet?" :lol: :lol:

Sending perfect dental vines to KT for tomorrow ;-) And Hoots momma does the paw (claw) on the face thing when she thinks she needs fed (which is whenever the bowl goes empty :roll: ) but only to my DH :lol: :lol: :lol: I think it's funny, only because I'm not getting woke up by a claw in the face...Sorry Honey :lol: :lol:
I am sorry to hear about your DH. Thats gotta be so hard. You are amazing doing all you do!! Caretaking is so hard @-) I caretake an 89 year old man in my home. So I know what you go thru and so I'm sending strength vines to you and feel better vines to your DH ♥
 
THANK YOU ALL for the visits, thoughts, vines prayers!!! 12 hours from now I'll be listening to him tell me how HORRIBLE it is to ride in the truck...loudly...repeatedly...

Pam, luckily for us (but unlucky for poor boy... :sad: ) Dakota's declawed. We'd probably tell all the others NO if they did it.

Oh, no. The dental. My human went to the human dentist today, and he told me what goes on there. I do not want to be subjected to that. Hopefully my teeth will remain plaque free for a long time to come! The human in the white coat had to use a tongue depressor to move my lips so that he could check out my teeth yesterday. He was smart. He saw me snap at my human and decided he liked his fingers without feline punctures!
