If it’s been an hour, you could get another test and see if he’s either flat or going back up? Since it’s +5, hopefully he’s about done and you can get out for a bit without worry, if you choose.
Edited to add: just opened the spreadsheet and saw you got a +6. Nice to see him flat!

did just that! wanted to see if changed right..

he also ate some small meals/snacks.. treats for testing. but not sure if affected the sugar or not..
