7/15 Java AMPS 146, +4 140, +10 108 PMPS 109 adjusted dose

We have had a pretty good week since the OD. Java is doing much better and again, we appreciate all the support. So we have been seeing more high numbers than I would have liked so this morning I went up to 1.25. I know he was 146 but he was a little lower than he had been yesterday and up again at PMPS. So i decided to go with the 1.25. I got a couple checks today and will do more tonight but what do you guys think about these numbers? I dropped down to .75 tonight just in case.

You work in the PM? If you needed to give a BCS dose because you were leaving the house it's fine.

I do think you need to do what you can to get spot checks. Whatever cycle it is that you're home, please try to get some tests. At this point, it really looks like you're making dosing decisions based on Java's pre-shot numbers. You need some spot checks in order to know how a dose is performing.

Yes thursday/friday I work second shift so my mom shoots and sat/sun I work 730p-730a. That is our shot time so i try to wait as long as i can to leave so i shoot at the last minute. but its 645p and about 8a in the morning. Then I sleep all day, sunday and monday. tomorrow should i do every 2hours or can I do 3? his little ears are so red.
