Looks like he's due for another reduction...

When he hit the 40s, gave him a little bit of a carb boost to get him through... that's proper procedure during mid-day right?

When they go below 50, you give some extra carbs, day or night. You don't want him hanging out in the 40's. Good luck with the new dose.
