Normal territory for him...no excitement; although he surfed those beautiful blue waters all day and night yesterday. Hoping for a repeat.

It's looking like this is Simon's pattern. After a nice low cycle, a higher flatter one. But it isn't terribly high and is close to the renal threshold, so I say let's be grateful it isn't in the 300s. Hopefully he will soon drop lower than the mid 200s the next cycle after a low.
