Good Morning, Everyone,

I'm off to the second day of alumni weekend. The boys are home alone. It's pretty evident from Rusty's AMPS that he needs his insulin! After the "fur shot" at PMPS yesterday he rose steadily. Back on track by this evening or tomorrow morning, I hope.

All is well here. Rusty enjoyed his breakfast and his shot and is napping in his basket. It's going to be another hot one, and the a/c in my car is not working very well.

Rusty is looking pretty good considering the fur shot and like you say, he'll be back on track before ya know it! Glad to hear the reunion is tons of fun. Enjoy!

Morning Ella - I am sure that Rusty will get back on track through out the day today. Bummer on the 272, but it could have been worse. You be good today Rusty - enjoy your daddy bean day. Find those blues for your mamabena, 'K?

Don't you just hate those fur shots!!!! Good thing is that they always bounce back and get back to "normal"
Sounds like you've got a nice day planned @ the reunion. Enjoy your day....even tho your ac is on the fritz. My suggestion is to think ICE...lots of ice :-D

As a member in good standing of the "Rusty Fan club", I say come on down to the green Rusty. :mrgreen: You can recover from that fur shot quickly, I know you can.

Ella have fun at your reunion. It's great to connect with long time friends again. My DH and I did that last weekend when we went to a wedding of my DH's childhood friend... they'd been friends since they were 4 years old. He was also the best man at our wedding so we just HAD to go to his wedding 800 miles away. It was FUN! We all lied to each other at how we hadn't changed at bit over the years. :lol:

OK , I bet the Lagoon Master is back on duty by now. Rusty is so good with all this. Have fun today Ella, they boys will be fine.

Rusty, we're all joining Moonie at the beach! It's a lot like the Lagoon! We're looking for hotdog stands too, they must have some there! -- Tess

Hi again, everyone,

Wow, this heat has wiped me out!! But I had another great day at the reunion. We were presented with "50-year diplomas"!! We had another good meal. College food has improved since I was in school!! Got home by +9.5 and Rusty had come down with his bgs and he came down even more by PMPS. We are proud of him. He is feeling the heat, however.

We have a wasp/hornet nest in our cellar-window well. One of the activities tonight was to dress in heavy, heavy clothes and head nets and spray it with stuff. Ugh! We discovered it yesterday morning and have been careful to keep Rusty away from it.

Got to go chill out. Thanks for visiting. Rusty will definitely want to go to the beach at Moonie's and eat hotdogs.

Back to the blues! Rusty will recover nicely. Great that you had a nice time. Sounds like a lot of fun. Ugh on the hornet nest. I'm glad Rusty didn't find it. Have a great night Ella!

Long day for you! Ugh on the hornets and having to put on the heavy clothes! I hope you got rid of them all!

Poor Rusty with the heat. Maybe Mannie does need to start a new fashion trend with shaved fur! time for you to kick back and put your feet up!
