   Hi, please don't judge me but Buffy's autoimmune and joint issues have an issue. We have to increase her dexamethasone from .125 to .75 to help her reduce pain and allow her to be more comfortable and that means pushing her further into her diabetic state. I did a curve yesterday and will probably have to do insulin twice a day now. Buffy is in pain from swollen joints and the steroids will help but I am scared. Please see her SS

Hi ladies I received this PM from Patti, from what I have read and seen on her SS she was only giving lantus once a day.
On 7-13 she started giving it twice a day
