7/13 - Salem OTJ trial day 14: ambg 94, +3 44, +7 55, pm 67

Yesterday: ambg 89, +3 46, +9 56, pmbg 57, +4.5 61. FF meals after am & pm, snacks after spot checks.

Not the most auspicious ambg for his last day of OTJ trial, but not too bad either! Last night in my half-asleep state I gave only half their usual pm snack and all the kitties were hungry this morning, plus Salem seems to tend to be a little higher first thing in the morning. Dawn phenomenon: it's not just for humans! :lol:

So last night after falling asleep on the couch, getting up at 12:30 to test and give snackage, then staggering off to bed, I heard the guy on the radio saying it's Friday the 13th. My thoughts falling asleep were: "Salem, the black cat, going OTJ on Friday the 13th! How cool is that!!!"

I guess I can stop testing after this pm - feels so WRONG somehow. Probably I'll test once a day anyway for a while, and then go to once a week or so for the rest of his life.
