I need to go to sleep soon. Do you think I should feed anything within this next hour to keep him in the right numbers? From what i understand nothing after +6 and we are encroaching upon that time.

I would give a low carb snack to keep him surfing. I think you need to test again an hour after the last test to see that he is not going to drop further.
We normally say don’t feed after nadir as it can shorten the duration of the insulin but when a your kitty is in low numbers it is fine to keep feeding to keep him in safe numbers.
