One question - Not sure when I was suppose to start the Trial period. I know I was suppose to wait 72 hours to make sure depot empty but am I supposed to go back and change the 3 days to Trial days 1, 2 and 3 or start on the 4th day with Trial day 1?

I didn't get a before bed reading...fell asleep so early I missed it.
