7/12 Bella AMPS 211, +6 67, PMPS 81, +3 48, +3.5 58, +4 52

Sheesh, looks like she's on a mission. Can you get another test in 20-30 minutes to make sure she's safe?

When following TR, we don't usually take back to back reductions. The depot from the previous dose effects approximately 4-6 cycles. Is it possible to get a few more tests in this weekend at various times?

i told her she was showing off :D I just checked her (25 mins and it’s 58. We gave her some food with carbs. Yes I can check her this weekend at various times. So do I need to wait for her to get under 50 again to earn the reduction? She’ll be with my mom next weekend Thursday night-Sunday late afternoon and 0.5 would be much easier for my mom to dose than 0.75.
 
I'd be inclined to hold the dose for now unless she goes under 50 tomorrow. She might just make the decision for you:p. @tiffmaxee and @Bandit's Mom what do you think?
Having your mom shoot 0.5 while you're away should be fine but it's a little early for a vacation dose. Let's see what those extra tests at various times this weekend show and what she does the next couple of cycles.;)

what times do you suggest I check her? We normally just check her +6 hrs AMPS because that’s when my husband gets home from work. But I’ll be around tomorrow at least till 3:00 pm eastern time so +8 hours after her morning shot.
 
Onset and nadir can move around. My Cleo used to onset and nadir all before +4, then it shifted to no action until +7 :rolleyes: and usually in the pm cycle :banghead:.
How about starting with a +2? Lantus usually onsets around then. Its been said that it acts like a crystal ball to the cycle. Let the numbers be your guide to further testing.
 
Also need to add that she’s going back down. She was 58 30
minutes after I gave her carb food then something told me to check her again before bed and now it’s down to 52. I just gave her some more carb food. Guess I won’t be going to sleep anytime soon
 
What % carb did you feed? It's good to keep notes so you can look back for the next time. 58 and 52 are basically the same accounting for meter variance. Can you get another test in 30 minutes?

a 8% food (FF tuna feast) we gave her like 1/4 can around +3 when we got the 45 BG and then I just gave her like 1 1/2 tbsp more +4 and I’m going to check her in like 15 mins.
