I knew it! Hubby and I were on staycation all week last week, and for the better part of the weekTrix gave us higher pre-shots. Today, we head back to work, and just look at that lovely AMPS! In light of this development, I decided to NOT increase her this morning...holding steady at F0.50U and we'll see what hapens. Hopefully she'll keep it to a nice, safe, drama-free green surf...

What a good girl -- giving you a nice AMPS so you won't worry about her at work today. Maybe she was just so excited to have you home all week, it caused her bg to go higher! Hope your first day back at work is mostly stress-free.

Maybe she prefers to have the house to herself :lol: Sometimes I think my kitties can't wait to get rid of me so they can get up to no good. :lol:

OK, Trix...time to start surfin' it!

It could go either way...either she was thrilled to have us around all week and couldn't contain herself, therefore the higher BGs. Or, she's thrilled to have us going back to work, therefor the lower BGs. Believe me, both thoughts crossed my mind :lol: ! She's such a cat :-D !

Sometimes I think my cat can't wait for me to go to work, because it means no pokes all day.

I think she probably surfed it pretty nicely today. I was hoping for another low(er) pre-shot tonight. 134 is pretty nice, but I think we all dream of the green pre-shots :mrgreen: !

For some reason, she's trying to squish herself into a basket that is just too small for her. She's usually not a "close quarters" kinda cat....gotta wonder what she's up to...

ETA...Here she is in the basket. She looks way more comfy in the picture than she does in person!

Looking good, Miss Trix!! Love the pic... A friend had an older cat who was rather.... lets say, plump, and she loved this bread basket that she'd literally spill out of. Like a fresh baked loaf of bread! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Didn't realize Trixie's coat had so much brown to it.... sooooo very pretty!!
 
Trix was kinda looking like a loaf of bread in that basket, too! She's got a lot of interesting colors in her coat...in general, she has sort of a "minky" tone to her. She always photographs a little darker than she is!
