Good Morning LL! We have the usual marine layer this morning, which may clear later. This morning is our monthly local bonsai club meeting, and we will attempt to make an appearance. It starts at 9:00 AM. So Ann will catch up on condos later. :mrgreen: ~~ John

WCR All 5 Ps are here this morning,Tess was playful and running around when DH got up to watch TDF, wanting to destroy a peacock feather. She took no time at all with her first breffis, quickly joining the Clean Plate Club.
