That was a short bounce for Mr. Mandarin. After a flat yellow AM cycle, my funny little boy decided to dive into the 30s by 2 am.
As I was testing him this morning, I kept telling myself that I would give him a full dose if he was above 80 and go with 1 unit if he was still lower than that. And what does he do? He comes in right at 80. So I went with 1.5 U instead. He will probably bounce... but I couldn't quite talk myself into the full 2 units either.
Walter spent all day yesterday in the lagoon.
And despite several helpings of HC food that Mandarin generously shared with him, not a bad start this morning either.
I am staying home today to catch up on some reports for work. It's a good day to spend with paperwork since it's supposed to storm on and off all day. The first system already moved through. After all the fireworks during the last week, no one even batted an eyelash at the thunder and lightning.
