We haven't posted for a couple of days because 1) the computer was acting wonky from the heat wave we had and 2) there really wasn't much to report. But as you will see in Casper's SS, we are seeing some progress with the dose increase to 3.25u. We still spent the past few days in the red, but I found it very encouraging that our pre-shoot numbers were slowly declining. No significant drops with resultant bounces. Yesterday was a bit of an exception - but I chalk that up to the heat. Neither cat was eating as voraciously as usual, even leaving food in the bowl for most of the day. Both could be found just sprawled on the floor, not wanting to move, much less eat. What was funny, though, is that Casper was very smart in that she was at least sprawling on the tile floor whereas Coal would just sprawl on the carpet.

Thankfully, things cooled off overnight and both cats are back to their normal spunky selves this morning. Casper ate 3/4 of her breakfast and gave us a nice pink reading this morning. I'm going to cross my fingers that she stays in the pink today and that we continue this slow downward trend in her levels. It will make me feel so much better about having to go out of town in a few days. Of course, I suppose it is reasonable to expect that she may spike upwards while I'm gone since she just doesn't really care for DH checking her. So we'll see what happens.

Re: 7/10 Casper AMPS 372

Hope Casper comes down soon Charlene.

Yes, it has cooled off for a lot of us - nice and cool now and comfortable.

Have a good weekend!
