7/1 Java AMPS 176 -- PMPS 163 We're Baaccck!

Hi Everybody! We are back as you can see. We have stopped in once and a while and lurked to see you all but now we are here foe a while, hope you don't mind. We are here because Java has a bad bean. I have had an insane couple of months and I was not consistent with making sure he got his budesenide and that resulted in a flareup of his IBD. I hope you guys know that is the last thing I ever want to do is hurt my kitty, I just got really overwhelmed and I feel about as bad as anyone can feel. So here we are in the place that saved us before hoping we are welcome once again. We have the ss going and it seems Java is responding well. We started out at .5 unit since this is a really acute situation and my vetty has learned a lot from you guys. He was cautious before but now more so. I have a crazy schedule and my mom is doing his testing and shooting thursday and friday nights for me. She is doing great and although she was nervous at first, she has really gotten the hang of it. Sat/Sun I work a 12hour shift so I have to shoot early/late so still figuring that out. Any advice is appreciated. I would love for someone to peek at his numbers and see waht you think, we are plannig a curve tomorrow, my first day home. Anyway sorry so long-winded, glad to be back.

Looking at Java's SS, my reaction is that you need spot checks. If you're not able to get them during the day due to your schedule, you do need to get some tests in during the PM cycle.

My plan is to get a full curve tomorrow and see where we are at. Then I am off tuesday and wednesday also so I can do spotchecks on both of those days. I have been working so much and all last week we were going back and forth to my moms so she could get as much practice as possible, I didnt want to traumatize him anymore than I had to. I ordered a baby scale and that should be here tuesday so I can see where his weight is at also, poor little skinny guy although he eats like a horse!
