Good afternoon Lantus Land!! Sending out more thoughts and prayers to Randi today.

I said in our condo last night that it seemed the amount of the insulin in the hub yesterday morning was less and so it played out that her numbers went up. And there could be a bit of a bounce in last night's numbers for whatever reason. But she's coming down today and I made sure I got a really good hub fill. I gotta figure out how to use those Terumos....it doesn't matter that they are inaccurate since I can measure with the calipers. They don't have a hub YAY! It's figuring out how to translate her dose from the MJs to the Terumos that is the difficulty. She's doing so well that I don't want to mess it up but she could be doing better without these blips from the hub issue. I may have to enlist MJ/Donny for help after all :lol: :lol: Missy G is doing great....she and her pals are staying cool and I'm thinking about joining them for a nap. :-D

Hi guys. Just popping in today to check up on people and wish you all a happy Canada Day. The boys are having a party tonight to celebrate and also celebrate Tori's Sweet Sixteen birthday. They hope Gracie and Tobey can come. I bet there's going to be quite the party at the Bridge tonight for my little Diva. Lord I miss her.

It's good to see Gracie is doing so well.I've always admired what you do with her. Take care.
 
(((Barb))) Happy Sweet Sixteen sweet Tori warrior princess of all!!! Oh I know how very much you miss her, Barb. We all do. There's only one Tori forever and ever. Tobey and Gracie are all dressed up to go and can't wait.
I know my GAs Max and Teddi Bear are helping Tori celebrate tonight. She is always there with you, Barb. I hope you and the kids are all doing well. We miss you. And thanks....we love this little girl so much that she's worth everything
we do.

Looking forward to hearing from you how the Terumos syringes work. We have a huge Tupperware box full of MJ rejects but haven't sorted out the calipers yet. :?
 
Hi Marje,
The Terumos I ordered from ADW don't have 1/2 unit markings. I couldn't find them anywhere. Do yours have 1/2 units? I noticed right away, however, that the barrels are thinner so the numbers are further spaced apart, and therefore maybe we don't need 1/2 unit marks. I haven't had time to fiddle with them yet.

That's a really impressive PMPS, Miss Gracie. Shall we break out the movies and popcorn? Possibly the IV's full of caffeine also?
