6 Sep 2022 - Whiskey AMPS=319 +2=306 +4=148 +6=59 +10.5=117 PMPS=86 +2=160 +2.45=144

So, after yesterday's excellent numbers she is throwing up pinks for the first time since 30 Jun 2022...I tested on my spare meter and it wasn't much better at +2 (272).

Definitely does like to keep me on my toes does Whiskey.

Wondering if it could be a bounce, but then it is a helluva bounce, reason being:

She didn't eat much of her PM +4 meal, and none of her PM+6, I noticed when she vomited up a hairball at hairball at about 03h30 this morning.

She ate her AM meal and a +2 snack quite well though, so I will continue monitoring.

I've raised her to 0.25u (although if it is a bounce perhaps I shouldn't have?).

That's a pretty high bounce. She's barely been over 200 for a while. Does she look good? Eating, drinking, peeing, pooping, spirits okay?

It's good you took her up to 0.25U. Let's see if that helps her see more greens.

Hopefully this is just a weird bounce, but it is so uncharacteristic that that is why I checked on the other meter. Her spirits are fine, she is eating fine this morning (ate her AM meal and her +2 snack just fine), trilling when I stroke her on the way past, otherwise quite happy. Just that she didn't eat much last night past +4 and had the hairball at 03h30.

Only thing I can think is that I did try her on a little bit of different wet food last night, which had gravy in it at her +2 meal, just to keep her up, and she was testing at 108 then; link below. It does have peas, rice flour and beet pulp, so those may have put it into high carb (had actually bought it for George, civvie cat and he said no thanks), so I gave her a couple of teaspoons as her +2 snack just to see if she'd eat it. But...even if she manages to get into the kibbles, she never goes this high.

Could be a combination of a bounce and the higher carb food reducing duration and contributing to the bouncing.

Since she was higher at +2 last night, she didn't need the higher carbs, BTW.

Thanks, was just concerned because she was in green most of the day, and I was knackered so going to sleep early. She's usually very quiet when she drops, and does not necessarily look for food or wake me up for a meal the way George does!

LC at +6, and 59, I think the pinks this morning were definitely a bounce, she's gone down quite fast to 59 (from where she was).
