Yesterday's Condo

Another green start for Willie... woo hoo! He definitely knows something's up... lots of cuddles for the bean the past few days, and he seems to get a bit agitated when I start packing more stuff. Thankfully, it doesn't seem to be stressing him too much as his BG#s remain great! I apparently put a bit too much supplement powder in the fuds this morning... somebody is on strike! :shock:


I'm off to tbp for the day, then it's a 3 day weekend of packing/moving. I may get a uhaul so I can just load up everything that is bulky but light... it's less than 10 miles to the new place, and while I do have an Escape, I think it would be more cost effective to get everything in one or two trips (not to mention the time savings!).


Thanks to Sienne for reminding me yesterday about the virtue of housekeepers... I have a groupon for a housecleaning service that I need to schedule for the apartment! Adding that to today's to-do list!! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Congratulations!!! That is very exciting. I would definitely rent the truck and get it all at once. The back and forth trips would wear you out.

another vote for the uhaul - we moved here from just 1/2 mile away and not only do you make a zillion trips in a car, you don't pack as well because of it. getting it packed so boxes will stack - a great thing.

in the meantime willie is doing great! what a good start to the day!

Happy almost moving day!! And judging by that amps Willie is handling all this just fine. He's probably excited to have his own yard, and can't wait to move too.

Good luck with everything!! We u-hauled too when we moved - big times saver, and not very expensive.
