I am thinking he went low overnight. Oh well! A little pokey break for Lil T today.

Today was my 10th 5K since we started running March 2011. I beat my personal best by 6 mins. Woohoo!!! Finally. The yoga and abs classes are finally paying off. On my way to self defense class this afternoon. Hope you are all having a super Saturday!
