Neko has been quite active in the evenings. She went out after dinner last night and went charging out and then leaping into the air. It's moth time! Neko just loves moths, especially the big brown ones. They crunch so nicely. I have a hard time getting her in at dusk, that's the time when there are lots of moths out. Then there's the daytime Neko, snooze city. There was a brief shower this morning, but now it's sunny and the solarium basket is occupied by a sleepy cat.
Happy Sunday everyone. I think there'll be some gardening done here.
I hope Neko doesn't go too high today. Furball caught a moth that got in the house the other day and ate it. I bet she'd be like Neko if I let her outside.

Oh well, better than a day of solid pink. Looks like she was lowish yellows for most of it.
My friend who has done petsitter duties in the past came over today. Neko really likes her, because when she visits it usually means food. I exchanged excess tomato plants for some of her sunflowers. A good day for gardening. My friend's 17 year old cat has just started inappropriate peeing. Sigh. In the dog beds. I was able to pass on a lot I've learned here. And she's borrowing my black light.
@Josie - She went a bit down, then up again. More moth time tonight.
@Michelle - I can't imagine 3 days with a 2 year old! No wonder you've been busy. That +3.5 was better than she's been lately. I much prefer Yellowtown to Pinksville. Got most of my tomato plants in, they've been getting big. Good day here for that sort of thing.
@Carla - Neko likes moths in the house too. Once Theo got in between her and a moth - then it was  . Great exercise though. And a bit of protein.
@Rhiannon - Actually moth entertainment is also food, which is her #1 favorite thing.
