Well we are back at my parents place, came out last night. I have to go back to work tomorrow :cry: Oh well, the reason i took holidays was to get Leo somewhat regulated, my dad was pretty bummed out the last time he had Leo, due to the bouncing and just bad numbers. Leo's got some pretty good numbers lately so grandpa should have a fairly easy week with him. I showed grandpa what i fed Leo when he got down into the 50's so he's got a pretty good grasp of it now, let's just hope grandpa and grandma don't shovel HC down his throat unless he needs it.

I'm really going to miss my kitty, we've spent 3 weeks together except for 3 days last weekend.

Leo came downstairs early this morning to yell at me for his breffis, when it didn't work he was yelling at his grandma. Then she came down and told me he was ready for his breakfast and could she feed him? He really knows how to work over his grandparents, they fall for it everytime. Breffis was done in 2 sittings, he's washed up and is back in bed now. I'm sure he'll be asking to go out mousing in another hour or so.

Sorry you have to go back to work! That stinks. So nice of grandpa and grandma to be there for Leo.

it is hard to ignore a persistent cat that is wanting food!

must be tough leaving the little guy for weeks on end - but so good that your folks are willing to co-parent with him! don't forget to check in with us here and there when you can!

So sorry you have to head back to work! Leo is a lucky kitty, though, to have not only you but to also have such loving and caring grandbbeans...who sound like any other grandbean, wanting to cave in a heartbeat!

We'll look forward to posts from Hector - and you, of course, when you're able!
 
:shock: Grandpa is in for a very exciting first night!!! I was planning on leaving to go back home after his PM shot, just to get ready to catch my flight to work in the morning, now Grandpa doesn't want me to leave. :lol: All that frustration and being bummed out over his high numbers has now turned into fear and anxiety....and i can't help but giggle. I know they'll do fine. I've got them 100 strips for the week and put a hypo kit together with some 18% HC food.

Lowest PMPS yet! Usually when he's been in mid blues i've had a very busy green night, with lots of pokies. So, everyone please send all your hopes and best wishes that they have a good night.

I'll stick around now til +1 or +2, depending on how tired i get, i still have an hour drive home tonight.... :roll:

I know you're going to miss your little dude so much, but hopefully the week will pass quickly!! Good luck to your parents with the low numbers!!! I hope your dad will post here if the numbers are low and he gets worried!!! We'll all be glad to help out. I'm a westcoaster and I'm always up late. Have a good trip to work!! (if there is such a thing :roll: )
