6/8 Toeby AMPS 284, +3 284, PMPS 346, +2 306, +4 248.

Are you noticing any difference in his numbers or behaviour with budesonide every other day? I got Neko's budesonide compounded into liquid, so it was easy to reduce the actual amount I gave every day.

Tagging @PerfumedCatMom who was looking for SS of kitties that switched from pred to budesonide.

I wonder how Toeby would do with a fattened dose? He looks like he needs more insulin, to get rid of those higher numbers.

Thanks for your input ladies, @Wendy&Neko and @PerfumedCatMom !
Nice to hear from you both!

I have been wondering about his dosing because I don't seem to be getting anywhere after that week or so of a lot of blues.
I have no issue going to a "fat" 0.50 - are you thinking maybe with the black plunger just slightly beyond the 0.5 mark, so that some white shows?
Or go to 0.75?
I won't make any changes without further input.

Also would happily answer any questions about his steroids.
The vet we were working with called me the last day before her maternity leave - as @Wendy&Neko knows, here in Canada, mat leave will have her off until next spring.
She suggested trying every other day with his 1 mg dose, and he seems to be doing well as far as GI issues are concerned.
I haven't noticed a difference in behavior, but I will pay more attention now.
His pills have to be produced in a compounding pharmacy in Ontario so I was wondering about asking a different vet to order them in 0.50 mgs so he would still get a daily dose, rather than every other day.
I don't know if they can make them, but it's just a matter of asking.
He HATES liquid meds.
I have the budesonide in both tablets and a chew as well.
