Yesterday, solid blue that I saw.

So we see stinky pinky this morning. Yuck! ohmygod_smile I probably should have gotten up in the middle of the night to check Neko, but I was exhausted last night. She seems no worse for wear this morning. While I was getting the test kit ready this morning she was busy figuring out how to open the plastic clamshell case that holds the FD rabbit treats. Guess I can't keep that where she can reach it any more. :lol:

Permission granted (as it usually is during the day) to go to the yearly neighbourhood party. It's mostly kid focused but an excuse to see neighbours and check out the food trucks for lunch.

Hope you had a fun day with the neighbors. We visited "friends with a pool" yesterday :lol: It is officially pool party season, as my neighbors had a doozy last night. Ditch the pink, Neko - I know you know how!

I know you are a girl, but pink is no good, sweet Neko. Please go back down to the blues or greens, so that mommy is happy again ;-).

Nice to see Neko slide back down to blue. I keep the FD chicken treats in a drawer. One day I forgot to put them away and came back to find them on the floor with teeth marks in the bag. :lol: I was surprised they didn't tear them open. If I had been gone from the room longer, I think they would have.

Nice turnaround, Neko! You are very diligent, learning how to open the treat container. I think that counts as "enrichment", Wendy. :lol:

Neko did turn it around. I knew she had before I tested because I heard the sound of a nanner being mauled and that usually happens in the blues.

Neighbourhood community party was at the school. Lots of people, live band, plenty of things for the kids to play with/on and a beer garden for the adults from the local craft brewery. :cool: I only got bopped on the head twice by balloons. :lol: Lunch was a Japadog - Vancouver version of Japanese hot dog. :-D

@Mariko, Tara, Cristina, Carla, Rhiannon, Liz, Ruth - Thanks for visiting, she listened to you and turned it around! Neko's always been good at opening treat bags, the plastic container was a new one. I made banana bread today and was remembering the first time we caught Neko eating banana bread. She had to open a plastic bag and unwrap the foil around it. :roll: That was not quite three years ago and probably her acro tumor coming out party. One sign of acromegaly is appetite for inappropriate things. It was the first sign something was not quite right with Neko.
