Good Morning LL!!
(Elsa! LOTS my barista: serious DGS recovery mode!), and Happy Caturday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista! Lola and Bug have taken the day off. They say they have no pizza orders today for PawPrints Pizza Shoppe, so they decided they will play with that tiny human instead. He seems to have moved in here. HUH! What's up with that?????? MOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM! Say it isn't so! I dunno.... Kinda scary ya know? I so hopes he leaves soon. I found him eating all my ice cream!
That is so mega uncool! so. well. anyways. onwards!
time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and Triple shot Cappuccinos with extra foam, made from beans from High in the mountains of Jamaica. And for all my fans: a Venti quad dutch apple infused white mocha, with caramel whip, garnished with caramelized apple clusters, white chocolate shavings and a caramel drizzle.. oh yeah - it's got a dollop of caramel and apple swirl ice cream rolled in crushed chocolate shavings! .... YUM!!! Mannie taught be the crushed choco shavings part!
Thanks everyone for all the visits yesterday. I am so sorry I haven't been able to visit anyone. It's one thing to have your grandkids come and visit, spend a part of the day. Sure is other when they are here 24/7. FREE TIME? What is that? I had/have none.   I am so swamped for time.... Until things settle back into a normal routine (ie, he's not here overnight), I don't know how much time I will be able to spend here. Sure will try though! I do miss you guys, and at least try to follow numbers, etc. I do so hope you are all doing well. All is going well here. DD,DSIL, and William went home yesterday afternoon. From all reports, all is well, mom and baby are healthy, And William only lost .3 oz from his birth weight. Not bad.... I took Nicholas over to see his mom and dad and William, for a short time at home last night before he came back to camp-out at grammie's. The pure joy on his face when he looks at Nicholas is a wonder. Truly a very special thing.I have no doubt that they will be the best of buds. I took some pictures while there last night: Nicholas and William
Nicholas and I had a great day t the pool yesterday, and on another salmonberry hunt. I wrote this yesterday: "Nicholas and I had another great swim day. The energizer FISH was hard at work once again. How that kid loves the pool! We spent so much time in the bigger pool, with him jumping in from the side. There was another boy and girl there that he knows that wnated to do that, so the three of them were jumping in over and over and over again.  This really seems to be the pool if choice these days., although the beach play area got a good workout too. We went for another Salmonberry hunt on the pool trails after lunch. What fun. He find the berries and I'd have to climb and push through all those thorny branches to collect them HUH?   Dang - worth it tough in his book. They were so big, plump and juicy. He zonked on the way home spend and out for the count... once awake we will head over to his house so he can see his mom and dad, see William. Nicholas will be spending the night her again, just to help mom out some. Tomorrow is Erin's Birthday. They will head on over here for a BBQ, celebrate the day with her, and Nicholas will go back home after the BBQ. I will give Erin some recovery time, from delivery, before she is chasing after a 2 year old again.  " Picassa photos from yesterday: Swimming! and Berry Hunting RULES
This I will share just for fun. Nicholas has decided, on occasion, that he wants to take his own photos (duh.... wonder where he got that from! ). So... I will give him my camera for a minute or two and let him have a go of it. LOL! This is what he took yesterday at the pool. Nick's Pool Pics We see to have a few thumbs over the lens issues, but dang! Photos do include his fav places there: water works, buckets, slides, and the big pool. HAHA!
Have a great day everyone! Today Nicholas will spend the day. SWEET! We will have that BBQ to celebrate Erin's' birthday. I truly have to laugh...    It was set for 6/8. We postponed it when we knew the baby was coming. Now that he's here ad before her birthday, all involved, well Erin mostly, decided that 6/8 was still a go. I have bought nothing, prepped nothing, cooked nothing. not been to a bakery. uhhhhhh.........    They may have to eat Nicholas'; fishies crackers and surplus salmonberries, and Nicholas's berry yogurt drinks..
  This ought to be more than interesting. Hmmmmmmmmmmm. Might have to take Nicholas to the store to shop for dinner.
