Willy was being very very very cranky last night. He actually tried to bite me and meant business...  Good thing he only has 3 teef   He is doing much better today, he was patient when I was checking his AMPS and overall he was pretty happy about getting some breffis.

Rasta is sitting in the window angry squeaking at this wren that teases him. I swear this thing knows what it's doing, it sits on the corner of the patio and makes grumpy squawking noises to which Rasta responds to with angry tail and his weird squeaking angry noise. There's also people painting our complex and Rasta doesn't appreciate them, he keeps hissing when they get close to his window.

I am totally ready for my interview tomorrow (sorta excited). I really don't get nervous anymore because I am awesome. (I tell myself this a lot and I am starting to believe it)  I read over everything the manager gave me (it's a position specific interview) and brainstormed some questions that could be asked based on what I read. I looked into some additional information and I looked into some of the software I would be using. I may spend a little time creating some documents using the software tonight and bring them with me to my interviewer. That way, if a clear and cut opportunity arises (and it would have to be extremely specific, I don't like to throw stuff around unprovoked  ) I could potentially show them that I have taken my own time to play around (I am being considered for this position due to computer proficiency, patience, and being a very quick learner).

We are thinking about all our friends today and sending out prayers and healing vines to everyone that needs them. I hope everyone has a wonderful Tuesday!

Stephanie - You are awesome and will do great!!!

What is the deal Willy? Willy is following Tarragon in the cranky dept. I am thinking it is the lower numbers with Tarragon. He hasn't been in the blues / greens really ever for any length of time since being diagnosed. Now he just sleeps and is cranky when awake. Hope it is a short phase!

Funny about the wren teasing Rasta. It knows what it is doing. We have squirrels that come up and throw things at the patio door when our dog is sitting inside. Little buggars.

Idk why Willy was being a cranky pants last night. He can be a real weirdo sometimes!! I don't think I've ever mentioned it, but he likes hair. Like, literally. He will occasionally gently mouth women's heads and bury his face in their hair (mine included). It tickles. Or he will come (VERY CLUMSY like) across the back of the couch and just immerse his head/face in your hair and headbutt the back of your head.

Rasta would bring it back to me whole if he had the chance. He used to be an i/o cat and he would bring dead birds back ALL the time. My mom cleaned them up before I was awake though because she was scared I would freak out and cry even though I was like 16. He also used to climb trees and get stuck. It would be 11 at night and you'd hear him yowling for someone to come and rescue him from the tree when he was only like 7 feet off the ground.

That is too funny! I wonder what it is with hair that fascinates Willy? Crazy kitty! cat_pet_icon They each have their own funny quirks. Tarragon likes to give full on head butts then rub his face all over yours, ending with a bite on your chin. He is happy and purring the whole time, but he really clenches on.

Wow Rasta! That would be something to see. Our kitties are only indoor. However, my killer labrador has quite the body count going on this year with 4 birds included. How a 100 pound dog can sneak up and catch a bird is beyond me. He just goes in super stealth mode. He has caught birds, frogs, moles, rats, mice, rabbits, squirrel, and a possum this year. He only eats the squirrels and mice. The rest he brings to us for a reward. At least my garden is doing well!

Re: 6/7Willy AMPS 141

eww on the dead animals! yikes - and who ever heard of a labrador that hunts? that's like a buffalo gone hunting "let me just sneak around the corner here with my 2 ton body" hahahaha

too funny on the hair. anya likes to get on the back of your chair and bite your head. charming quality! and she's only 2 and has all of her teeth!

good luck on the interview - you sound ready! and like it's a good match for you. awesome.

Re: 6/7Willy AMPS 141

He's so weird sometimes. I will have to try to get my DH to take a picture the next time he does it. Its definitely an unusual habit!

Zell is our resident nipper. He will nip your knees when he's doing his shark impression waiting for food and in the morning sometimes before I am awake he will nip me (rather hard) wherever I am exposed (or on my stomach or back if he manages to get under the blankets). I usually bop him with this stuffed thing I sleep with (ugly doll) in my half asleep stupor because he will just come back if I shove him off the bed, water doesn't phase him, and he will have a melt down if I close him out. He usually sticks to the nose, chin, hand region but anything is fair game when he gets in that mood.

OMG Melissa, one of my mom's dogs does that too!!! Her name is Baby. She's some sort of completely white, short haired, muscular dog that doesn't really listen to commands (or people) and prefers to hang out in the backyard (they have a doggie door) and she will jump up and snatch the birds out of one of their trees. I think she eats them too but I'm not too sure :? :? When I went to see my mom last Thanksgiving she had just recently gotten her and was sort of concerned about my dog meeting her for the first time because my dog is fluffy and my mom wasn't sure if she would know he was a dog or if she would mistake him for prey. It turned out that she didn't care about Gizmo at all and all Gizmo cared about was the table scraps my mom kept giving him when she thought I wasn't paying attention.  It took like 3 weeks to get him to stop begging once we got home!!!
