Since he did see 50's on this dose, I might give him tonight on this dose before changing it.

And he's doing everything more slowly on Levemir, so I feel like the 6 cycle guideline may be too fast. I sort of want to see what happens when this bounce breaks. If he bottoms out in blues again like yesterday I'll bump him back up.
