Good afternoon!

Here are Garbo's readings from yesterday:
AMPS 281
+3 175
+7 56
+9 53
PMPS 82
+3 90

Mostly green, that's good right? Should I be worried about the readings in the 50's? Also, could those lower numbers have any relation to the really high AMPS number today (403)? I've been reading others' posts about 'the bounce' and was wondering what that was and if that's what we're seeing today.

Have a terrific Tuesday everyone! cat_pet_icon

bump

hi!

sorry if this has been repeated, have you got print outs of the stickies?
looks like a bounce to me, giving you a bump for more feedback.
nice work on the number taking.

It looks like Garbo saw green and her liver panicked and released a stored form of glucose and counterregulatory hormones! This is definitely a bounce. Keep the dose where it is. Once the bounce clears, we can help you evaluate the dose. A bounce can take up to 72 hours to clear.

I thought that might be the case, even not knowing much about it. Thank you both for the help! I'll keep up with the tests and keep the dose where it is now. I was thrilled to see so much green! :-D

hi melissa - just admiring those numbers yesterday! if garbo got there once, she'll get there again. these bounces clear . . . !

do you have the sticky on how to deal with low numbers? it's in my signature line if you need it. you might want to read through it and print it out so you have it another time.

I *thought* I had read all the stickies, but got to thinking maybe not and rechecked. I had totally missed the link that talked about Somogyi Rebound!

Julie, thank you for the info on dealing with low numbers. While they still scare me, I feel better prepared with more knowledge about handling it.

Now to print off the stickies so I can have them on hand when she throws her next curveball!
