All is well with Checkerboy. Ate well, took pill well, had tub drinks, had bupe. That's it... all routines done. :-D

I heard clunking, when he walked, and thought "wow, I never let his nails get long enough to hear."
It was dried litter clumps, between his toes, from getting his feet wet in the tub, all day long.
I really gotta stop that routine....my fiberglass tub is stained from hard well water dripping in it all day. Grrr!

Nice slow slide down Checkers. Next stop, blue!

Oh that sounds uncomfortable. That tub time is so important though mom. Have a great day Barb!

Nicely down into yellow! Keep going Checks!

Maybe a pan to catch the water? Strange how some cats have to have running water and some don't. Cleo always wanted to drink in the sink, but Tess is scared of the cat fountain!

Hi Barb, just stopping in to say hello to you and Checkers. Nice slide there today and hope he has a nice surf. That's Checkers's bathtub, Barb. Sorry, you just live there! Hope you are feeling well today.

Hi Barb. Nice to see Checkers slid out of that pink zone. He's getting close to the blue zone so maybe he'll make it tonight.

Have a great day.

Phooey, I can't remember how to post just the link, to a pic of him in the tub, water running ON his head.

He doesn't want a vessel for the water to run into...he likes to drink the water, swirling around the drain, with the water running on his head. I have to dry his head, 20 times a day. I may exaggerate a little :-D

 It's funny how some cats don't mind water at all.

I hope Checkers keeps sliding to blue for you.

    Hey Barb,
Oh right, you're gonnna turn off Checkers bathtub water???? I believe that like i believe you're gonna jump over the moon
I've got a fiberglass tub here in WI. Can't scrub 'em, can't use anything that will scratch... I've found "Iron Out" they have it at Home Depot, Lowes, any of those kind of stores. I get it in a liquid and it takes out those orange stains in a heart beat...and no scratches on the fiberglass. (sometimes i use some in the laundry)

You Go Checkers!!!
hugs and scritches from us to you!!

You are such a good Mama Barb!! So considerate of your boy and his routines...and all his likes and dislikes too!! SO sweet!!

Re: 6/6 Checkers pmps 275

Barb, Checkers is your life!  I think that's the same with all of us. Our life revolves around our furry friends. I think you need a second tub just for you.

Not bad start to the evening Checkers, how about a nice slow slide to blue overnight?

Re: 6/6 Checkers pmps 275

Hi Barb. This isn't too bad an PMPS, IT's a rung lower on the color ladder than his AMPS.

Barb asked: Did you get veggies planted in the raised box you made? It's so darn cold and rainy here, I never did get tomatoes in. We plant after Memorial day, here. Not this year. Oh well, guess I'll be getting my 'maters at roadside stands this year.
Yes, I did get 5 tomatoe plants in the box along with some onions. Got a few tomatoes so far. Roadside 'maters are real good.

Have a great evening.
